I am Michi Hoyer.

German Simracer and Simracing Content Creator.

Born in August 1992, I discovered my passion for Racing during my early childhood while Michael Schumacher was participating in Formula 1. As a young kid, I always dreamt of doing motorsport but never got into karting or motorsport. Simracing gave me the feeling to live the dream of being a racecar driver. I am a Simracer, Streamer, and Influencer as well as a Coach.

Ever since racing and motorsport have been a core interest in my life, I still am hooked by it to date. In 2017 I started streaming on YouTube and Twitch. Mainly, streaming and showing my point of view and the e-sport-competitions to my supporters, fans, and interested people around the world.

The branch is constantly emerging and the fastest growing esport at the moment. Next to my sporting business, I am working as a financial controller for a mechanical engineering company. Due to my economic business background, I understood the impact of social media and decided to create the brand around “Michi Hoyer”.

Accomplishments

Doing simracing since 2005 I can rely on countless hours of experience in the simracing business. I have participated in far over 200 races and achieved a large number of victories across them. My participation in the 24 hours of Le Mans Virtual in June 2020 marks the highlight of my career to this date. It has been the biggest sim race in the history of our esport and was watched by more than 60 million people around the globe. To finish this race successfully means so much to me that it hardly can be described in any way.

The year after I achieved my most successful season in 2021. Across all series I have participated in, I was able to finish the seasons within the top 10 of the individual driver standings. In the future, I will further improve my strengths and I will keep working on my weaknesses to become an overall better driver. My ultimate goal is to win more races and to become the champion in the series I am running in.

Series

Unlike the real racing world, Simracing competitions and seasons appear rather short-term and with a short planning scope.  The Raceevents are organized in series in which the Simracer take part with their Team‘s Name or Personal Brand.  These are the most important series Michi Hoyer is participating in:

Not included are additional special events, such as charity or challenging races.
